At Jack Entertainment, we have a wealth of experience in events, from Parties to Weddings and Corporate Bookings. We know our acts extremely well and have hand picked them as some of the very best in the industry. We know what works and can provide inside knowledge and helpful advice in helping you choose the perfect music for your day.
I’m ready to book an act, what happens next?
Once you’ve obtained a quote and availability regarding the act you’d like to book, if you’re happy to go ahead we can get the ball rolling…
Within 24hrs you we receive a booking contract via email along with Jack Entertainments Terms and Conditions. If you’d prefer, we can send this in the post to you.
How do I pay the deposit?
All the details for your event will be written on your booking contract. Including artist arrival times, performance times and any other additional info.
You’ll see the total booking payment amount, the booking deposit amount which is 20%, along with info on how to pay it and the remaining balance which is payable directly to the artist either by cash or BACS.
How long do I have to sign the contact and pay the deposit?
Once you have received the booking contract, you’ll have 7 days to sign and return to us along with the deposit. We can accept scanned contracts via email or in the post if you prefer.
Now I’ve signed the contract do I hear from you again?
Once the contract is signed we are always only a telephone call away and are happy to assist with any queries you may have regarding your booking and our artists. All our acts will be in touch with you no later than 8 weeks to the date of your event. They will run thorough all the logistics for the day, to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can sit back, enjoy and be entertained!
